Compliance Agreement: The institution, through an authorized representative, is confirming that each account in this placement of accounts with Williams & Fudge, Inc. is in compliance with applicable state and/or federal law regarding amounts due and dates associated with the debt. If the placement includes or is eligible for student paid collection costs and/or other institutional fees the institution further warrants that those costs and fees are legally allowable in the jurisdiction in which they are being assessed. Finally, the institution understands and agrees that student paid collection costs and other fees are a function of the student's relationship with the institution and that there is no contractual relationship for monies between the student and the collection agency.
